A food trailer has few basic requirements that need to be fulfilled. It ideally needs to contain cooking utensils that are intuitive. A list of basic requirements have been given below
- Viable fridges
- A washing system. It should include a three-compartment sink, which will provide for washing, rinsing and sanitizing.
